I hate spring.
Autumn is my favorite season with the color of the leaves and everything falling back into routine.
I love the beauty of white winter snow and the feeling of "snow days"- no work for me!
Summer is great, I can bake in the sun.
But spring? What good is it? The snow is gone, it's still cold. It's windy, rainy and muddy and you have to go back outside and work. It is the season of "change". I hate change; I just want to get to summer. Spring is the longest season ever.
Am I on my own here too? Any other "spring haters" out there?

Move to San Francisco. April and October are the most beautiful months here.
I like spring for the same reason I like Fridays. The anticipation of a wonderful weekend, or the beauties and good times of summer, can be just as enjoyable as those subsequent times and seasons. AND, when anticipating, you know those times are all still ahead of you, 100% still in the time bank to enjoy. Not draining away. And spring brings relief from freezing temperatures and all the difficulties they can cause.
You are right on! AK is great as spring doesn't start till about the end of April! Less mowing the grass and more skiing.
